WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR A MEMBERSHIP?
To guarantee formula for your baby. Serious parents understand this necessity. Our formulas are becoming harder and harder to import into the United States. This one-time membership fee is a small charge to reserve sufficient supply for your subscriptions. As an additional bonus we also added a small percentage discount per tier with other benefits to help parents of all scales, from supplementing with one box weekly to parents of multiples that need 10+ boxes weekly. Savings vary per family needs. As you order, your membership pays for itself. What you save from your membership discount, pays for the membership.
CAN I CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes, you can only upgrade your membership to higher tiers.
CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes, we can delete your account upon request but memberships are not refundable.

Subscriptions

Why is everything subscriptions?
This is a club, not a marketplace. We offer only specific brands and products. We provide a consistent and effective service to families. With subscriptions it helps us guarantee everyone formula and we can look ahead to prepare in advance.
How much can I order?
You can buy 1 box of a product or subscribe to larger bundles which sizes vary per product. They are structured by market demand and designed to maximize savings and efficiency.
Can I cancel my subscriptions?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at anytime to change the bundle size.
Can I change my subscriptions?
Yes, you can modify some things about your subscriptions. You can edit the next shipment date, delivery schedule (future deliveries), payment method and shipping address. You can always skip a delivery.
Can I re-activate my subscriptions?
Yes, you can re-activate your subscriptions at anytime.
How do I change the brand, stage or quantity?
  1. Go to your subscriptions.
  2. Click cancel on the right side of your subscription.
  3. Submit a cancellation reason (optional).
  4. Create a new subscription with the appropriate brand, stage and quantity.
What happens if I forget to change the stage?
No worries, you can always feed prior stages. Some parents choose to use stages PRE / 1 up to a year. Change your stage using the instructions below and use the box that arrived from the prior stage. It is not required or necessary to move up stages, it all depends on your baby's needs. Always consult your doctor.

Product Questions

What are your prices?
We follow basic market prices. You can expect to pay the same or less depending on your membership tier.
Where do your products come from?
The most trusted sources in the industry. Our formulas are imported straight from Europe and stored in our warehouses. Everything is shipped straight from within the USA.
About how long before expiration of each box?
Each box normally has about a year - more or less - before expiration. Everything we ship is intended for immediate use. Expiration dates are stamped as DAY-MONTH-YEAR. You will never get an expired box.
What is the storage life of a box?
Use formulas before 14 days. Keep air tight in a cool dry place (not a fridge).
How do I store prepared formula?
If you need formula in advance, prepare no more than 12 hours before feeding. Refrigerate during storage and warm to about 37 C to feed. We do not recommend freezing formula.
